Common questions

How do I cancel Luna Pro?
Luna Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose My Luna Flow, and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, or go to Settings.

How do I export or delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Your privacy. “Download my data” gives you a full copy of everything we store. “Delete account” erases all of it, instantly and permanently.

What can Luna remember, and can I control it?
Luna keeps short notes of durable things you tell her so she feels continuous. You can read and delete every one in Settings → What Luna remembers.

Is my data private?
Yes. No ads, no third-party trackers, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do the reminders work?
Luna sends a gentle daily morning check-in, created entirely on your device. Turn it on or off anytime in Settings → Notifications.
