My Luna Flow

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Luna Flow. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Luna Flow.

1. The service

Luna Flow is a menstrual cycle, mood, and wellness tracking app. It helps you log your cycle, see your predicted phases, record how you feel, journal, and (with Luna Pro) access AI-assisted reflections and deeper insights.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Luna Flow. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Not medical advice

Luna Flow must not be used as a method of contraception or to prevent or achieve pregnancy. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health, your cycle, fertility, contraception, or any symptoms you are concerned about. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in the app or from the Luna AI assistant.

The Luna AI assistant generates responses automatically and may produce information that is inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method (your email inbox or your Apple ID) secure. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Luna Pro subscriptions & billing

Luna Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and, where available, as a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account, we never see or handle your payment details.

• Auto-renewal. A subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing. Your Apple account is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal, unless cancelled.
• Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
• Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, the change applies to future renewals only, and Apple will ask for your consent where required.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, you will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the app to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users’ accounts.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content without our permission.

6. Your content

The entries you create, cycle data, moods, symptoms, journal text, chats, are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content in order to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

7. Our content

The app itself, its design, illustrations, text, software, and the Luna brand, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna Flow and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app or the Luna AI assistant. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Luna Flow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or our systems. If we do, we will, where reasonable, tell you why.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll show it to you inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

12. Apple-specific terms

This agreement is between you and Luna Flow only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
